The group is called CATS ON TUESDAY and is for everybody who is owned by cat(s). You don't need a special cat blog, you just have to write about your cat(s) once a week on tuesday.
For this you put this logo on your tuesday post, go to her blog
and when your post is ready, just click on Mr. Linky so that other people can easily visit you. That's all.
